FTA company culture

FTA Fahrzeugtechnik AG was founded in 1961 by Hans Walter Kaufmann and is managed in the second generation by Karin Kaufmann and Roland Wasem.

FTA is very informal and we only use first names here. The friendly, cooperative and respective style distinguishes not only our relationships to each other, but also the way we deal with our customers and suppliers.

If there are problems, we don’t look for someone to blame, but rather we look for a solution! Therefore, we expect independence and personal responsibility from our employees.
