Shipping costs, Germany
For orders greater than 500 kg, the shop charges for up to 500 kg, and you will
receive a confirmation of order from us with the correct amount. The same applies
to shipping to all German islands.

The amounts for international transport over 35 kg that are marked with * are flat rates.
Here, you will receive a confirmation of order from us with the exact transport costs.

3. Delivery time
Germany: Standard orders placed up to 15.00 are usually delivered
within 2-3 workdays. (islands excluded)
Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Austria: 3-4 workdays
Denmark, Czech Republic: 3-5 workdays
France, UK, Monaco: 3-4 workdays
Finland, Sweden, Norway: 3-5 workdays
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland: 4-5 workdays
Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Servia: 4-6 workdays
Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Iceland: 4-7 workdays
All wheels + castors as well as most transport devices are usually deliverable from stock.
4. Warranty
2 years on all articles (in accordance with General terms).
5. Payment
For customers located in Germany
1. By invoice. Payable within 30 days. *)
2. With credit card (VISA or MasterCard) secure payment with SSL encryption.
