STRONG Swivel castors with total brake and polyurethane wheel, with ball bearing

Application
The STRONG castor was built for very high load and high speed.
Thanks to the special construction in the swivel head, the swivelling is
easy also when a high vertical forces are acting.
Occasional side shift should therefore not be a problem.
This is an highly durable castor!
Operating temperature: -20°C / + 80°C

Bracket type: EP
Heavy-duty load brackets equipped with fixing plate made of forged steel and
integrated pin. Fork in thick pressed steel plate. Excellent svivelling thanks to
the use of an axial bearing that guarantees vertical load and tapered bearing to
compensate the oblique forces.
Low-maintenance and long-duration bracket thants to the use of purposely shaped
dust seal, lubrication of the bearings and highly resistant electrolytic galvanising against
corrosion. Adjustable total brake.

Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
10 km/h: 60% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
12 km/h: 50% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
16 km/h: 40% of the load capacity indicated in the table.

Polyurethane wheels with ball bearing and cast iron rim.
Shore 95 A. Non-Marking, Abrasion-resistan, tear-resistant and
smooth and silint running.
