For mobile scaffolds and working platforms.
Operating temperature: -15°C bis + 80°C.
Bracket
Galvanised steel contruction. Wheel Ø 150 mm with completly closed swivel head.
With two ball race on rings in the swivel head.
Rad Ø 200 mm with thrust bearing and one ball race in the swivel head.
Max. speed: 4 km/h.
When the brake pedal is pressed down the offset of the housing is cancelled.
This means that when the brake is locked, then the middel of the swivel head ist
directly above the wheels axle.
*** This guarantees more stable stand. ***
Mounting
With trapezoidal thread TR38 x 6. The thread is welded on the bracket.
Lenght of the thread: 500 mm
Wheels
Polyurethane wheel with plain bearing.
NON-Marking and very duarable. Excellent rolling resistance. More silent running then polyamide.
Hardness Shore D 53.

Why are there 2 load capacities indicated in the sheet?
1.
The load capacity "kg A" indicates the castors load capacity to UNI EN 1004:2005, par. 7.5
(Castor wheels), that is guaranteed with lock engaged, without bracket offset and with
the wheel stationary.
2.
The load capacity "kg B" is with the lock not engaged and the wheel is moving =
the "Dynamic load capacity". Do not exceed the max. speed of 4 km/h.
